Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of SpinRec, a music-promotion service operated as a project of NetSwagger LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a campaign, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

The service

SpinRec reviews customer-supplied music and campaign materials, prepares a promotional presentation, and performs outreach to selected music-industry contacts. Package descriptions shown at checkout define the included work. SpinRec does not provide recording, mixing, mastering, legal representation, or guaranteed placement.

Accounts and authority

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and payment information. If you act for an artist, label, company, or other person, you represent that you have authority to bind them and submit their materials.

Your materials and license

You retain ownership of your music, artwork, photographs, biography, links, and other materials. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for SpinRec to use and promote them. You grant NetSwagger LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, copy, format, display, transmit, and share those materials solely to provide, secure, support, document, and improve the purchased SpinRec service. This license ends when the service and applicable retention obligations end, except for records legally required or reasonably necessary to resolve disputes.

Acceptable content

You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, malicious, exploitative, hateful, or unauthorized material; malware; spam lists; manipulated engagement; or content you lack the right to promote. Explicit music must be accurately labeled. SpinRec may reject, pause, remove, or request changes to content that creates legal, safety, rights, quality, or recipient-policy concerns.

Results and availability

SpinRec does not guarantee airplay, playlist placement, coverage, downloads, streams, responses, sales, or other commercial results. Reporting reflects activity SpinRec can reasonably measure and may be affected by forwarded links, shared devices, privacy tools, and provider limitations. Temporary maintenance or provider outages may affect availability.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy. Payment disputes, fraud, or rights complaints may pause a campaign while reviewed.

Enforcement and liability

SpinRec may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, or unlawful conduct. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated, and NetSwagger LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce services already purchased.
