Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how NetSwagger LLC handles information through SpinRec.
Information collected
SpinRec collects account and contact information; authentication and security records; purchase, order, and Stripe identifiers; campaign details; uploaded audio, artwork, photographs, biographies, documents, and links; support messages; delivery, suppression, and engagement events; and technical information needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Stripe processes payment-card details; SpinRec does not store full card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, process purchases, provide and report on campaigns, review submissions, communicate service updates, perform authorized outreach, prevent abuse, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain service reliability.
Service providers and recipients
SpinRec uses Vercel for application hosting, StoreAI for operational records and files, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and security-scanning infrastructure for uploads. Campaign materials are shared with selected music-industry recipients as required to provide the purchased promotion. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. SpinRec does not sell personal information.
Cookies and measurement
SpinRec uses necessary session cookies for authentication and security. Campaign links may measure page views, plays, downloads, and outbound-link activity. Forwarding links or sharing devices may affect attribution.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the service, security, financial records, suppression obligations, disputes, and legal requirements. Current file defaults are up to 365 days after completion, 30 days after cancellation or refund, and 7 days after replacement; backups and legally required records may persist longer. SpinRec uses access controls, signed sessions, private file proxies, upload validation, malware scanning, and provider security controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible information through the contact form. SpinRec may verify identity and retain information required for security, payment, suppression, dispute, or legal purposes. Promotional recipients can unsubscribe immediately using the link in every promotional message.
Children
SpinRec is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A person submitting materials must be legally able to agree to the Terms or act through an authorized representative.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
