Email & Anti-Spam Policy

This Policy governs promotional and transactional email sent through SpinRec by NetSwagger LLC.

Permission-based outreach

Promotional outreach is limited to contacts with a documented professional relationship, permission, or other appropriate basis for receiving relevant music-industry communications. Purchased, scraped, fabricated, or unlawfully obtained lists may not be used. Contact imports require source and permission information and remain subject to review.

Accurate messages

Sender identity, subject lines, campaign content, links, and headers must be accurate and must not be deceptive. Promotional messages identify SpinRec and NetSwagger LLC, include the business postal address, and distinguish promotional outreach from account and service notifications.

Unsubscribe and suppression

Every promotional email includes a visible unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers. Requests are recorded immediately and suppressed addresses must not receive later promotional sends. Bounces and complaints are also suppressed. Transactional messages necessary for an account, payment, security, or active service may still be sent when appropriate.

Measurement

Campaign links may measure visits, plays, downloads, and streaming-link clicks. Measurement is directional rather than guaranteed: forwarded links, shared devices, automated privacy tools, and provider behavior may affect attribution.

Abuse reports

Use the SpinRec contact form to report unwanted or misleading email. Include enough non-sensitive information to identify the message.
